This is by far the worst internet provider in Bali. The customer service is absolutely terrible and offers no solutions. Juli, the sales person, was impolite, rude, and unprofessional. She pressured us to pay, took the money, and then disappeared once the payment and contract was made.
Nothing is ever solved. We understand that after a sale is made the case is handed over to the technician, but she did not help at all or take any responsibility. The service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
The connection works for one day and then is down for a week, completely unreliable. Because of their awful service, we’ve lost a lot of money. Guests in our homestay constantly complain about the internet.
This is unacceptable for a provider that claims to offer a professional service. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone, especially businesses. Total disappointment.
