Very very bad this Internet
Already 3 days can't internet this month
Cannot business from this global ini...

I have choose this provider over first media. And I regretted. Global extreme is much worse. I am WFH which internet is the most important and no 1 in order for me to work. Speed was on and off since last week. Today I had no connection at all, gave them a call and says the technician will coming in either today or tomorrow to fix it. And now it’s 5 pm and nobody came and no follow up from CS or so what ever. Please be careful before you choose global extreme. Don’t want anybody else to experience what I am going thru at the moment .

Service is very poor especially guided by operator. Most of time speed drop to 50%. Technician came fixing , after 30 minutes same problem occurs. Another account has eolen cable. Have to wait 2 working days to fix.

Tried all other providers available, globalxtreme is superior.
