This is the fourth time I’ve had issues while using GlobalExtreme’s internet service. For any business that requires reliability, I can no longer recommend this provider. They seem clearly overloaded and unable to properly serve their customer base.
During the latest outage (on Monday), I contacted GlobalExtreme, represented by Joshua. I was initially told that all technician schedules were full until Saturday — meaning I’d be without internet for 5 days. Thankfully, after negotiating, I was able to get a technician scheduled for Wednesday. But still, 2 days without internet is completely unreasonable for any business operation.
They also admitted that many other accounts are still waiting for service, which highlights serious issues in both their service reliability and their technician capacity.
Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. In today’s world, stable and reliable internet is a basic necessity — and sadly, GlobalExtreme has completely failed to deliver.
