Internet di matiin WA CS minta di aktifkan alasan pemblokiran sementqra karena blm bayar padahal sdh bayar dan sdh lampirkan bukti bayar tapi tdk di aktifkan jg sdh WA, via IG ttp aja tdk dibuka, kamprett banget dah

Customer service is super bad
They lie all the time
1 day work and 3 days don’t work
Is the worst internet in Bali
I hate them so much they make me lose a lot of money cause customers in our villas complain all the time and we need to buy mobil data for them . Don’t used MTM better global xtreme

Countless complain ke WA, google, bahkan sampai datang ke officenya yang di nakula. beneran capek
Dulu waktu dihandle fatona semua request cepat selesai. Kali ini ganti orang karena ybs cuti, jadi total disaster. Dicuekin request, teknisipun gajelas kapan datangnya.

Salesnya makin kesini makin tidak bagus kualitasnya.

Mahal doang internet lelet asli jelek banget

Up to 100mb not in my lifetime . Pathetic speeds and very inconsistent. Rubbish look elsewhere.
