Review GlobalXtreme

My internet was down since morning on wednesday but until now no one come to fix it.
The handling has been extremely slow, and there has been no response even though I have tried many times to contact them via online chat and phone call.
They promised to come, but until now no one has come to fix it.
It has been 3 days with no internet, and my business operations are disrupted. They promises
Don’t use it and not recommended at all.

They are Shocking and I would not use them, Terrible service, Poor connection, Late response, Unreliable and Slow to fix their issues ‼️‼️‼️- never come on the day they day, paying for 400Mbps only getting 30Mbps and lower‼️
Still I have to pay for the fix of their own system thats Horrible 👹👹👹

unreliable, lots of blackout, long reaction times

This is the fourth time I’ve had issues while using GlobalExtreme’s internet service. For any business that requires reliability, I can no longer recommend this provider. They seem clearly overloaded and unable to properly serve their customer base.

During the latest outage (on Monday), I contacted GlobalExtreme, represented by Joshua. I was initially told that all technician schedules were full until Saturday — meaning I’d be without internet for 5 days. Thankfully, after negotiating, I was able to get a technician scheduled for Wednesday. But still, 2 days without internet is completely unreasonable for any business operation.

They also admitted that many other accounts are still waiting for service, which highlights serious issues in both their service reliability and their technician capacity.

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. In today’s world, stable and reliable internet is a basic necessity — and sadly, GlobalExtreme has completely failed to deliver.
